1. OATS AND
POHA NAMKEEN :- Sab se pahle hum baat karege oats and poha namkeen ki kaise
bnate hain ye bhi btauga ye ek bhoht hi healthy option hain sab se pahle apne
pan me without oil oats dalkar usko roast karle or thoda brown hone per usko
nikal le ussi pan me poha dale or use bhi roast karle without oil golden brown
hone per isko bhi nikal le ab pan me humne dalna hain 1tsp olive oil thoda garm
hone dena hain apne uska baad usme apne dalna hain kadi patta or mustard seeds
thode almonds bhi sakte hain sath me peanuts bhi sath sath aap usko ghumate
rahiye or fir namak jira powder black papper red chilly powder or sawad ke liye
aam chur or in sab ko ache se mix karle or gas ko band karde ab isme roasted
oats add karle or sath me roasted poha bhi add kare or ache se mix karle iske

karte ho apko nhi pta usme kis trah ka oil use kiya gya hain or ingredients ki

2. THREE BEAN
SALAD :- Dusri recipe jo main apke sath share karne wala hu wo hain three beans

me boiled white chana or sath boiled soyabean or in tino ko humne overnight
pani me bhugo kar rakhna hain isko bnanne se pahle ab in tino me add karege
chopped onion chopped tomatos or isme thoda nimbu squeeze karege ab dalege
black papper apne hisab se salad dalna hain apne or fir ache se isko mix kar
lena hain or garnish ke liye aap thoda dhaniya upper se daal sakte hain or apka
salad ready hain iss recipe me jo tino major ingredients jo hain soya beans
white chana or black chana tino hi high protein hain toh jo health conscious
hain unke liye ye recipe bhoht achi hain or bhoht tasty bhi lagegi apko khane
me isko kisi bhi trah ka insan kha sakta hain job hi main aaj apko snacks bta

3. PANEER ROLLS
:- Ab baat karte hain hum apni agli recipe ki jo hain paneer role isko bnane ke
liye apko 2 bread slices ki jarurt hogi jiske corner aap cut kar le matlab
bread ke side ke charo traf ka hissa cut karke alag karle sirf bich ka hissa
rahne de or us bread ko belan se ya kisi roller se ache se flat karle ab ek
bowl me humne lena hain grind kiya hua paneer or add karege isme chopped
capsicum chopped onion thoda dhaniya thoda sa salt or thoda black papper or in
sabko apne ache se mix kar lena hain ab bread per material ko spread kare or
rolls bana de to hiss trah se ban jayege humare delicious paneer rolls aap ye
recipe jarur try karna or muje jarur btana ki kaisi lagi.
4. BANANA
PEANUT BUTTER RICE CAKE :- Iss me apko kisi bhi trah ki cooking karne ki jarurt
nhi padegi isko bnane ke liye hume jarurt padegi rice cake ki jasper hum peanut
butter ko spread karege ache lgayege or add kare banana banana ko chota chota
cut karle or rice cake per rakh de iss trah aap 3 se 4 rice cake ready karke
snacks ke roop me kha sakte hain ye kafi healthy hain apke liye or apka tasty
bhi lagege or bnana bhoht easy hain kuch khas nhi karna.
5. SPROUT AND
ALOO CHAAT :- Fifth or last recipe jo main aap sabhi logo ke liye bnane wala hu
wo hain sprout and aloo chaat isko bnane ke liye hume lena hain boiled allu aap
allu ki jagah sweet potato ka istmal bhi kar sakte hain or isme add karna hain
apne green moong dal sprouts chopped onion chopped tomatoes squeeze karege half
lemon salt aap apne hisab se daal sakte hain sath me thoda blck papper or fir
ache se mix kar le or fir agar aap garnishing karna chahte hain toh aap daniya
