2. Protein per kg kaise set karein?
Recommended: Cutting: 1.8–2.2 g/kg
Maintenance: 1.6–2.0 g/kg
Bulking: 1.6–2.0 g/kg
3. Kya calories accurate hoti hain?
Calories BMR & TDEE par based hoti hain. Pehle TDEE calculator se calories calculate karein.
4. Fat percentage kitna sahi hota hai?
General range: 20–30%
Cutting: 20–25%
Bulking: 25–30%
5. Macros kab change karne chahiye?
Agar weight change ho raha ho ya goal change ho raha ho, toh macros har 4–6 weeks me update karna best hai.
