khate main aap sabhi logo ko itna kahna chahta hu ki banana good source of
carbohydrates kyu ki ek medium size banana me apko kam se kam 24 gram
carbohydrates milte hain jo ki apko energy provide karte hain chahe aap usko

FLAX SEEDS :- Ye ingredients bhi sab ne istmal kiya hain toh main sabhi logo ko
bta dena chahta hu ki flax seeds ek super food hain or uske jitney bhi health
benefits hain wo usme paye jane wale omega 3 fatty acid, vitamins or minerals
ki wajah se hote hain na ki protein ki wajah se toh yani flax seeds ko hum
